We went to lunch with a friend and her son during the week.
Restaurant almost empty at 12 p.m., seems clean. We notice at the order terminals that there is no table service, practical with a 2 year old...
We order and wait, the order my friend gave her but turned out to be incomplete.
I go to the toilet woman big mass of dust on the paper dispenser, water leak in the toilet and light goes out while we are doing what we are going to do there...
By the time we ate everyone had arrived and were waiting in line, it seemed to go on forever...
A priori they were poorly staffed. Considering the toilets I imagine that it is not from yesterday I would not set foot there again...

Opening of the store at 8:00 a.m. which is supposed to offer Mac coffee to my great surprise nothing was ready and the coffee machine not reinstalled.
No one except us, despite everything we waited almost 20 minutes just for an orange juice and two muffins.
The staff is not very smiling, without saying hello which is the minimum politeness for a business towards customers.
First time and not a good impression

Restaurant too big with too many people. We wait a long time, we eat cold on unwashed tables. The room staff does what they can and remains courteous, hence the 3 stars. But the experience is painful.

Impeccable and efficient server, on the other hand the Sunday becomes smaller and smaller and its price more and more expensive, small container half filled. The manager telling me that they were putting too much before. No proposal from him to complete the dessert...
