McDonald's sur Le Neubourg

Usually we eat on site, some small mistakes can happen but also often it is not normal. Again this evening we took takeaway and asked for 2 sandwiches without raw vegetables and the raw vegetables are well presented in the 2 burgers and they are missing the extra cheddar and bacon that we paid for... In addition we have to order cheddar bacon fries in the end we end up with potatoes, we check the contents of the order in terms of quantity but maybe we should open all the burgers and fries on site to be sure we get what we are paying for .

We were hesitating between taking the drive-thru or eating there, we were not disappointed to have come to eat there. Angéline was great with our daughter, makeup workshop then after the meal painting workshop on small pool bags. Obviously all this filled with good humor, jokes galore. We were able to finish eating in peace while Angéline took care of our Loulou, impatient to be able to paint. We will definitely come back to take advantage of Angéline’s workshops.

Good welcome. Friendly entertainment for children while we wait for our order. Family atmosphere. We feel like home 😀

Several bad experiences at this fast food restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by our experience of the day with a great welcome never seen in any other Mac Do. The hostess was very attentive to the children.

Correct meal at a correct price but I'm not a fan it's just a question of taste but very quick very good so as not to waste time doing the maximum number of attractions

EDIT: order preparation involves far fewer errors than before, and holiday vouchers are finally accepted at the drive-thru. We had a problem with a cheeseburger ordered without a pickle, given with it, we reported it at the first bite, they made us another one, thank you, but again, with pickle... the grillman needs to rest a little more before come to work eh... but hey it was a one time thing... Well, the cleanliness of the toilets and the playground is not that yet... Before Covid, the playground was not maintained, or not often enough given the state of cleanliness which leaves something to be desired... Currently the toilets are the same even though there is almost no one in the room, and the must is about holiday vouchers: accepted at the counter but not at the drive-thru! So you are with your family in the car, it's more practical and hygienic for you, well no you have to drag your kids into the restaurant which is never very clean to be able to pay in holiday vouchers and leave with your sandwich and your fries under the arm... Abused the establishment's policy... you will have to explain the logic to me! Knowing that all the mc do around Bernay to Pont Audemer to Dreux accept them without problem... and there are errors in order preparation EVERY time... the error is human but it is systematic, and the children when they are hungry they don't like to wait for another second round! I must still emphasize that the politeness and welcome there are always pleasant. It doesn't make up for it, but it's already a good point.
