McDonald's sur Ouistreham

It's a Maccies at the end of the day. Nothing served looks like it is on the menu but tastes ok! My burger was piping hot, no probs there, the fries had seen better days and were luke warm, standard really. It's does the job and the young guy who served us was super polite.

French mcDonalds can teach the Warrington uk Maccys a thing or two. Hot fresh cooked food that looks like the posters, they have staff with a pride in their work.

Well, McDonald's in France still has room for improvement. Everything's a bit slow and a bit cold. And you have to really want gender-neutral restrooms. We're out.

Beautiful fresh pastries and bread. Would highly recommend if you're in the area

The service was excellent except for dessert: the ice cream had melted almost as soon as we touched it.

Very clean & the staff are very friendly. It's rare to find a McDonald's where there's such kindness 👍🏻 The icing on the cake was the fast service & our food was hot 😱 it's incredible!

Food was ok just pretty much like the English menu with slight difference lots of cheese but overall was great

Manager urgently needs retraining/restructuring or replacement!!! Following a mistake with our drink (Fanta vs. still water), we pointed it out to a very friendly and pleasant colleague (the 4 stars are for her). The manager, haughty and extremely unpleasant, arrived with a firm stride, Fanta in hand, to confirm that we had indeed ordered Fanta ("Yes, yes, that's the drink you ordered!"). I won't even describe the look on her face. Well, no! And the receipt clearly stated still water >> Yes, miss, I know what I'm ordering, and above all, I can read. No apology for her attitude, and of course, she didn't come back to bring us the water. Miss, when you're in your position, you're expected to be impeccable. I suggest you review the basics of restaurant service, however fast food it may be.

This treasure hunt activity was great! It's a nice change of pace, innovative, well-organized, and has a fantastic atmosphere. We had a wonderful time as a family. This should be implemented in all McDonald's restaurants in France – it's simple and effective! Well done!
