McDonald's sur Ouistreham

I was served in my car by a very smiley little brunette, thank you to her and her good humor 😘

I'm from Charente, and I stopped at this establishment twice in the last two weeks using the drive-thru. The cashier was very kind, energetic, and smiling, with a clear and expressive voice; you can tell she enjoys being there for customers. It was nice to finally get a smile from someone! The service was quick and impeccable, the meals were hot and everything was there, and there was no wait. I'm delighted :)

I've never had such great service as at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive; the manager is lucky to have such a great team. I highly recommend it.

On vacation, based on the reviews, I didn't want to come, but in the end, the service was impeccable, the employees were friendly, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality and speed of service. Plus, I had a problem with my internet connection for my online checks, and they were very patient.

It's still a McDonald's, but Ali is very friendly and served us with pleasure and a smile, all without complaining (his facial expression). We had a problem ordering drinks at the kiosk, and he fixed it. I'd like to see other people who are happy to work. The 5-star service is all down to him, because the table service is slow. We received our fresh products 15-20 minutes before our meals, which could be dangerous regarding the cold chain! Please give things a boost or change the kitchen staff without changing Ali. Thanks, you're doing a great job! P.S.: They were short-staffed that day, so don't hesitate to accept help when it's offered... I did mention that I had worked there before!!

Nothing to say, it's a McDonald's like any other, just disappointed not to have gotten the football-themed glasses.
