McDonald's sur Ouistreham

I've always been well received personally; I don't understand the other reviews. I even received a meal deal after ordering cold food. Lux

Perfect location for grabbing a coffee or food before the port

Hello, it seems people only leave a review when things go wrong, and that's often what motivates them to write one... But it's also important to say something when things go well. Tonight, I went to the drive-thru at the McDonald's in Ouistreham and ordered two Golden Meals, one of which was a Royal Bacon. When I went to pay, I mentioned to the server my recurring disappointment with the amount of bacon in the sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. Indeed, it's rare enough to warrant a positive review. To begin with, there were no mistakes in the order, which is already a big step forward. The sandwiches were perfect, the fries were just the right amount of salt, which is becoming increasingly rare, and the McDonald's Croquettes didn't look like a cracker for once. So, I sincerely thank the server for this quality of service and the entire team who prepared my order this evening. It had been a long time since I had been satisfied with a McDonald's order.

I was served in my car by a very smiley little brunette, thank you to her and her good humor 😘

I'm from Charente, and I stopped at this establishment twice in the last two weeks using the drive-thru. The cashier was very kind, energetic, and smiling, with a clear and expressive voice; you can tell she enjoys being there for customers. It was nice to finally get a smile from someone! The service was quick and impeccable, the meals were hot and everything was there, and there was no wait. I'm delighted :)

I've never had such great service as at this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive; the manager is lucky to have such a great team. I highly recommend it.

Hot and high-quality food, extremely friendly and attentive staff, the restaurant was clean and really beautiful, everyone was on top of their game! Honestly, I'll be back often!

Great experience at this restaurant, it's clean, the staff are friendly and smiling, I highly recommend it, and it's super fast too!

On vacation, based on the reviews, I didn't want to come, but in the end, the service was impeccable, the employees were friendly, and I wasn't disappointed with the quality and speed of service. Plus, I had a problem with my internet connection for my online checks, and they were very patient.

Nice and easy to get food before heading on to the ferry.
