McDonald's sur Ouistreham

Nice and easy to get food before heading on to the ferry.

It's still a McDonald's, but Ali is very friendly and served us with pleasure and a smile, all without complaining (his facial expression). We had a problem ordering drinks at the kiosk, and he fixed it. I'd like to see other people who are happy to work. The 5-star service is all down to him, because the table service is slow. We received our fresh products 15-20 minutes before our meals, which could be dangerous regarding the cold chain! Please give things a boost or change the kitchen staff without changing Ali. Thanks, you're doing a great job! P.S.: They were short-staffed that day, so don't hesitate to accept help when it's offered... I did mention that I had worked there before!!

Nothing to say, it's a McDonald's like any other, just disappointed not to have gotten the football-themed glasses.

Friendly and attentive staff. We came last night for ice cream. The tables were dirty, and we asked the hostess if we could clean them ourselves so as not to disturb them. She came and cleaned them. Friendly staff.

Only had a drink and ice cream. They had obviously been very busy and were busy chatting and cleaning which was great to see. We loved that all our rubbish was recyclable. Better than in the UK

It's a Maccies at the end of the day. Nothing served looks like it is on the menu but tastes ok! My burger was piping hot, no probs there, the fries had seen better days and were luke warm, standard really. It's does the job and the young guy who served us was super polite.

French mcDonalds can teach the Warrington uk Maccys a thing or two. Hot fresh cooked food that looks like the posters, they have staff with a pride in their work.
