The best McDonald's in Lyon! Super friendly staff, especially Amandine who served us with a big smile and good humor, especially after a long day at work. It created a great atmosphere for eating. Thanks again!

On our journey, we made a lovely little stop with very attentive, helpful, and readily available staff.
A workshop was organized for children where they made small keychains. The children left with their creations and a small surprise.
A very pleasant experience.

In my opinion, if my girlfriend goes here, I'll consider it cheating, and a +1 to the body count. Otherwise, McDonald's is a disaster. Big up to the staff though.

Honestly, the service was fast and rare for a Laddo, but they had everything I needed. I stuffed myself! However, getting out was a nightmare because the code was on the receipt, but it wasn't clearly marked, so since I threw the receipt away... I had to wait for someone to come out.

As a regular customer at the drive-thru, I can say the team is fantastic, always smiling, and importantly, they never forget anything in the menus, even for large orders!

Wow, what a warm welcome from this young woman upon our arrival! She directed us to an available self-service kiosk, and even though it was busy, she came to our table to check if everything was alright. My colleague praised her professionalism and kindness. She told us she'd been working there for seven years—hats off to her!
Despite being 51, I spent 13 years in retail, and like her, I was always taking care of customers. It was truly a pleasure. Well done!
