I am extremely disappointed. Today, they tried to make me believe there was no bacon in my order, when in fact there was, and that it was a tomato. When the second employee confirmed what I said, I was very disappointed.

I wanted to leave a positive review because the young woman who works as a cashier takes her role seriously and always has a smile on her face. It's always a pleasure to be served by such a cheerful person!

On Sunday evening around 8 pm, I went to the drive-thru and wanted to highlight the kindness of the woman there that night. She took the time to present the new items to us with a smile and great kindness. Her warm welcome really makes a difference, especially compared to other restaurants. It's lovely to be greeted with such good cheer!

Disappointed again... the last order was placed for curbside pickup. Two double cheeseburgers with bacon but no bacon... And today, due to the current Mario offer which has an extra charge on every meal, I ordered three Mario meal offers, only two of which were included, plus one Happy Meal with no freebies. I only discovered this when I got home. It's unjustifiable if I go back and don't want to.
It's disappointing to have to check every order before leaving for a hot meal.

I placed a small click & collect order last night…
I picked up my CBO with the bread as is (cold and hard), the cheese not melted, no sauce, and to top it all off… no chicken!
So I went back 10 minutes later and the manager barely believed us.
It's deplorable… I was disgusted.
