McDonald's sur Carrieres-Sous-Poissy

I just placed an order on Uber Eats for delivery. I just received the order. The vanilla milkshake I ordered wasn't there, even though it was €5.70. I didn't even receive it. So I wanted a refund, but it's not possible. I called McDonald's, but the line was busy. I'm not saying you should avoid them at all, just try to check if everything is there each time. I know it's not easy when you're busy. Have a good evening. I hope you'll get back to me about what I didn't receive. Good luck.

On July 28, 2026, we were welcomed by Noémie, and after several disappointments at this establishment, her warm welcome and very gentle and welcoming voice on the answering machine made us want to return. THANK YOU NOEMIE

The manager is great, very competent and smiling, don't change a thing, a pleasure to come, a satisfied customer Laurent.

Mixed experience. The service was fairly quick, and the staff were friendly. But there were many mistakes. One order was a double cheeseburger with no bacon, which was corrected on the spot. When I got home, I realized I'd paid extra for an Oasis Boba, but I only received a regular Oasis Boba... On the plus side, the changes were made.

Thank you so much to Mémouna (I hope I'm spelling it right)! This woman is radiant; she makes you want to come back. She's a great listener, patient, and always gives excellent advice! Once, she took our order, processed our payment, and prepared it for us. Yesterday, she was all smiles again, taking our order and processing our payment as she came into the store while preparing fries, so she did a fantastic job... she deserves to be treated with care. However, as is often the case at the McDonald's in Carrières-sur-Seine, something is missing from the order... and that's not cool. Luckily, I check before going home. Mistakes happen, I admit, but it gets complicated every time, for every customer. Just yesterday, the gentleman before us was also missing something. I think there's a bit of a lack of organization in this restaurant because a 20-minute wait is quite rare when there's no one else there...

I think you could add even more, but remembering to include dessert in an order is also a good idea.

I am extremely disappointed. Today, they tried to make me believe there was no bacon in my order, when in fact there was, and that it was a tomato. When the second employee confirmed what I said, I was very disappointed.

I wanted to leave a positive review because the young woman who works as a cashier takes her role seriously and always has a smile on her face. It's always a pleasure to be served by such a cheerful person!
