Payment by ANCV check. I'm waiting in vain for the overpayment. I've asked, but no change is given, whereas before there was no problem. It's not possible to get the check back to pay the difference by credit card or cash since it had already been cashed. I'm out a few euros. It's a shame this isn't mentioned anywhere; it's unacceptable, as is the courtesy of the young man who handles the payment.
