McDonald's sur Saint-Maur

The service was very good, it was hot and perfect.

The bathroom wasn't very clean.

The quality of service has improved, and the waiting time has been significantly reduced compared to what it was some time ago.

Appalling service. No consideration whatsoever; we waited ages before anyone even bothered to help us. The wait was inexcusable; there was absolutely no one there.

I came to this McDonald's tonight! We changed our minds; we no longer wanted to eat in but to go. I told the cashier (who was lovely). She informed her "charming" colleague of the change, who rolled her eyes and sighed! Nice... I mentioned it to the previous cashier, who seemed embarrassed but reassured us, saying humorously that even if we wanted to change our minds again, we could! 😉 When this charming woman handed me the bags, not a glance, not a goodbye! I admit, it was hot, and it might not be the ideal job for her, but it's very unpleasant as a customer to be treated like that! However, a big thank you to the cashier who served us, who made up for everything!

The restaurant is very clean, the staff are very welcoming, and the service is very fast.

We had a wonderful time with my grandchildren. They were so happy, and so were we. The staff were very friendly.
