McDonald's sur Bitschwiller-Les-Thann

Pleasant restaurant, very welcoming staff who listened to our requests. The food offered met all our expectations (hot and delicious). I recommend this restaurant.

My order was picked up at the drive-thru with a five-minute delay, which is perfectly reasonable. However, I was very uncomfortable when the manager told me that the employee "responsible" would be disciplined because of it. I never asked for a punishment, and I find it inappropriate to place this responsibility on the customer. Working in fast food is already difficult enough; a little humanity and perspective on a five-minute wait wouldn't hurt. I hope my message will be taken into account to improve team management and customer relations.

My McDonald's, always a warm welcome, clean and very friendly, I only go there now.

Always a warm welcome, great atmosphere, very clean, you feel comfortable, excellent organization, and above all, benches, which some places don't have.

Frequent errors with orders and somewhat disorganized service, but the end result is still good.
