I went to a restaurant and was shocked by the behavior of some customers. When you see the reviews, some people should be ashamed. The restaurant has a customer service department, so why not use it and, if the response isn't satisfactory, leave a review? It's so easy to do it from behind a screen. Best of luck to the team, because it can't be easy every day. Many people know how to complain, but when things go well, no one's around.
