The service has improved slightly since my last visit. I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's.
A friend and I only ordered a 280, and just two hours later we got sick. I think the sandwich was reheated several times or there was a problem with how it was stored.

We must have picked the wrong day; no ice cream for dessert (the machine was out of order), slow service even though there were few people, a very slow, almost overly zen waiter, and two kids who made things difficult with their constant crying and shouting. In short, a bad experience, although I admit the restaurant isn't responsible for its customers...

I'm reading so many bad reviews, and on top of that, McDonald's dares to raise its prices and reduce the portion sizes!!! (+0.30 on a latte or cappuccino, no less!) 3 stars for the cheerful new decor, otherwise, so-so.

Disappointed and resigned, I won't be going back. There are often long waits, and I've already made several mistakes with the products ordered. This disappointing business behavior and the staff should be better managed to avoid recurring errors.
We're paying more and more for less and less quantity and quality.

The fries with the menu were almost cold (which was quickly resolved, though). A ridiculously small ice cream for €3.75.
The food tasted good, but the tables could use a wipe down more often.
3 stars is really the maximum...

Yesterday, a light blonde lady was very unpleasant, disrespectful to the customer, we could hear her shouting from the kitchen, that's why I gave the atmosphere one star.

Every time I visit, I meet a versatile team member who is truly incredible! She's always exceptionally kind, professional, and super pleasant. Honestly, I've been here several times, and she's always great 👌.

The new McDonald's is great and friendly. However, there have been several errors with orders. Since we order takeout, we realize it once we get home. I won't be caught out again, I'll check on site next time. The last time I got a banana, paid €2.50 for nothing, very disappointed, another time no fries in the happy meal and these are just 2 examples among many others.
