Unfortunately, the takeaway service is becoming increasingly slow.

Orders are placed without ingredients, and once the product arrives, the label clearly states "no tomato or bacon," but it's actually inside. Then, because of the click and collect system, the employees aren't able to come to our door, so we have to hunker down in our cars to pick it up. Only managers or particularly sensible employees come to our door. And finally, the wraps are folded haphazardly; when you open the packaging, the wrap unfolds at the same time. In short, considering the price, it would be nice if the employees did a proper job instead of doing a half-hearted one.

We visited this Mc Donald's for the second time and it is probably the best roadsi location. Staff and food was excellent also a plus was the toilet facilities were clean.

I went to the McDonald's in Landivisiau today. Everything went well until I checked my order before leaving and realized my fries and burger from the meal deal weren't there. So I went back to complain, and they told me to get lost, saying the order had been checked. I'm not a liar, so I told them I would leave a bad review. But this young blonde woman had a rude and unpleasant manner. I hope you hire more polite people. Goodbye.

As a regular customer (visiting several times a day and week), my overall impression is positive: the restaurant is clean, the staff does their job properly, and orders are served quickly, although there are always a few oversights. It's a classic and efficient McDonald's.
The only downside: the prices are significantly higher than at other franchises of the brand.

Usually not disappointed... but tonight, I opened my Big Mac, and disappointment... even though the meal was ordered around 6:20 pm...
