This evening, October 4th, I went home with my order, which of course I hadn't checked before leaving the drive-thru, and I realized it was incomplete (something that never happens to me at this McDonald's). I called the Cernay McDonald's directly and spoke to a woman named Christelle, probably the manager, who was extremely friendly and offered to let me come back. Once inside, Christelle remade my order without any problem and gave me a free dessert. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness!
