24/07/2026: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. I ordered takeout, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The sushi, the rice, the skewers—everything tasted and smelled burnt. Not overcooked, but truly charred, like meat left on the grill for 10 minutes too long.

24/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, without a reservation. We were lucky to arrive early and get a table, as the restaurant filled up very quickly. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and very efficient. A great find!

05/05/2026: I stay at the Hostellerie d’Alsace in Cernay two nights a week for business trips, and it has become a place I particularly appreciate. It’s a 3-star hotel with simple but very clean and comfortable rooms, offering everything you need to rest well after a day of work. The overall atmosphere is friendly and calm, which is really pleasant for regular stays. The hotel’s strongest point is undoubtedly the welcome: the staff are always attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. You quickly feel recognized and welcome. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility and the fact that, whenever possible, I’m given a quiet room overlooking the parking lot. The restaurant is also a very pleasant surprise: the food is truly delicious, and the hotel’s reputation in the area is well-deserved. A great way to discover local cuisine! Special mention also goes to the wine list, with Yvan the sommelier often introducing me to some excellent bottles! The half-board package at €89 is, in my opinion, unbeatable value for money. Breakfast is rather simple, but more than enough to start the day right. The only minor point to note is the lack of air conditioning in the summer, but this is quite bearable thanks to the fans provided in the rooms. In short, excellent value for money, a friendly staff, and a place I enjoy returning to every week.

01/07/2026: I ordered my kebab for 12:00, but I didn't receive it until 12:10. What's even more disappointing is that two people who arrived after me were served before me, even though my order was supposed to be ready at noon. As for the meal itself, the quality was average. The kebab was sparsely filled and the bread wasn't crispy, which made the whole experience quite disappointing. And finally, the price displayed on the website is different from the prices in the restaurant.

The service was quick and efficient, but above all, we greatly appreciated the kindness and warm welcome of the manager, who was always smiling and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food, the service, and the inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
