This McDonald's agreed to take my drive-thru order at 2:56 AM!!! 🤯🥹🫶 A huge thank you to the evening team, they were so friendly and professional. I asked the employees their names to thank them: Iliane and Lucemane. ☺️ A thousand thanks for this meal after a 5-hour drive for me 🙏

Fast service and friendly staff. Always a warm welcome at this restaurant. If there's one thing to criticize, it's not the restaurant itself, but the behavior of some customers. Unfortunately, like all the other customers present, I witnessed a rather distressing scene. A child threw himself against the pastry display case before even starting to serve himself. A manager intervened with great calm and kindness. However, the parents reacted very badly. They were particularly unpleasant, even shouting. Meanwhile, they let their child run around the entire restaurant without any real supervision. So, in the end, they also disturbed all the other customers. I sincerely feel for the employees, who regularly have to deal with this type of behavior. Despite this situation, the team remained professional and respectful. Well done to your team!

We visited on Friday evening, June 26th. What a pleasure to see such a clean restaurant, with a smiling team and fast service! They didn't forget anything, which was fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say, unlike my previous visits. Well done to the team!

I was very satisfied with my visit to the McDonald’s at La Terrasse. Since the change in management, the restaurant has become much more welcoming and the atmosphere is truly pleasant. This is evident in both the warm welcome and the quality of service. The team is fantastic: smiling, welcoming, very polite, and always attentive to customers. I also want to thank them for their kindness. I had ordered an iced coffee at the beginning of my meal, but I decided to drink it at the end. Since it had had time to warm up, the team very kindly prepared another one for me without any hesitation. This kind of thoughtfulness demonstrates a genuine commitment to service and a desire to satisfy customers. A big thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and good humor. Keep up the good work!

Passing through, a very good experience compared to some other McDonald's

No excessive waiting like it used to be, however no napkins and they forgot bacon in our double cheeseburgers, what a shame…
