Edwin was absolutely amazing and truly made one of the best experience for me and my traveling guests. He used his English skills to allow a much more smooth communication process and he was a personable individual trying to give us a great experience. Was just super nice and inviting.

A disgrace! I placed a Click & Collect order in the McDonald's parking lot. I arrived at 6:55 PM and finally left after 8:00 PM, meaning I waited over an hour for an order that was supposed to save time. During this entire wait, I could see on the app that my order was being prepared, but it was never delivered to my car. When I asked for an explanation, the employee seemed confused: he initially told me he didn't have my order, then finally admitted he did. I then noticed that it had changed to "order completed" on the app, even though I still hadn't received anything. I therefore suspect it was simply given to another customer. Meanwhile, the cars at the drive-thru were going through as usual. The whole point of Click & Collect is to save time; in my case, it was a complete failure. The most regrettable aspect is the complete lack of apology or compensation, even though the order had been paid for in full. A disastrous customer experience.

My daughter celebrated her birthday at McDonald's and she loved it! And Alexandra, the entertainer, was fantastic! She was so attentive to the children! We'll definitely be back for another birthday 😊

22/05/2026: We tried two different types of kebab and while they were of reasonable quality neither had very much taste. We chose a chilli sauce and a garlic sauce so both should be full of flavour but only the garlic one did while the chilli one was just hot rather than tasty. The pilau rice served with one of the kebabs was pretty good although it did have a stronger than normal cardamom flavour but this actually helped the overall taste. Ultimately it was all ok but nothing to make you rush back.

23/07/2026: Neptune is the best bar in Saint-Lô, especially for its cocktails; they're excellent and reasonably priced for their quality. The bartender is super friendly, there's a great atmosphere, and I highly recommend this place for relaxing with friends and family ;) Thanks
