McDonald's sur Freneuse

I, who absolutely hate McDonald's, went there to please my son, and this one pleasantly surprised me. Impeccable service. Everything was hot and fresh. Honestly, many McDonald's restaurants should take note.

The McDonald's in Freneuse is honestly great. The service is very often efficient and the dining area is clean. Whether you eat in or take away, it's usually excellent. Occasionally, items are forgotten, it happens, but I simply recommend checking at the drive-thru to make sure everything is there: if something is missing, they'll give it to you without any problem. It would be a shame to criticize the service. These kinds of mistakes happen, so if you check before you leave, you'll never have any issues. I recommend it!

Last time we'll ever set foot in there. I agree with many of these negative reviews. Avoid large orders! Far too many recurring mistakes: double patties that turn into one patty, nonexistent fillings, sandwiches thrown together haphazardly even when there are only four people in line. The entire order (all nine sandwiches) was crammed (and that's an understatement) into the same bag, crushed and mixed up with its packaging. The manager was right next to me when I received the order, I unpacked everything in front of him, and he didn't react at all. Too busy doing his accounts. That's it! Enough is enough! The one in Mantes-la-Jolie is generally much more respectful of service! My advice: try the one in Freuneuse; it's the opposite of what I'd recommend. Goodbye. PS: To McDonald's (owner), We are doing everything we can... you've been saying that for ages... still the same mistakes.

Well-run establishment. At 2:42 PM, I ordered the €5 beef burger to try. Between ordering and paying at the counter, and the fact that it wasn't busy, I was served for over 17 minutes—judge for yourselves. The welcome was friendly, the double-patty burger was just warm but tasty, and still no ice cubes despite my request. Simple and efficient if you're patient, nothing to complain about. Well done, McDonald's. MUCH BETTER than the Quick version, which opted for two "burgers" (a slice of beef with sauce and three bits of lettuce for color). I ordered a 25cl iced tea with ice cubes, but it arrived without. There was a bit too much syrup for my taste, giving it a pronounced sweetness despite the "0 sugar" label. Given the weather, more than 25cl would have been appreciated. I ordered mayo, but I received ketchup instead. The mini caramel sundae was very good. In the end, excellent value for money, but four stars due to the lack of finishing touches and the slightly long wait considering how busy it was. My neighbor had to send his tray back because his hamburger wasn't hot anymore 😞

Excellent service and friendly staff

The McDonald's in Freneuse has a very special attention to detail and a strong sense of customer service. It's really very pleasant and gives a positive image to fast food.

Perfect. Friendly staff, and you get a McDonald's meal as expected. It's a shame there's no toy in the kids' meal, only a book that I've already received twice in the same order...

The only problem is the dirty toilet, and when we report it, nobody does anything.

The restaurant was clean, but the air conditioning was really weak and the app ordering system for accessing offers didn't work.
