Lunch break in a camper van on a Friday at 1:15 pm, ridiculous parking, catastrophic access, forced to park further away in reserved parking spaces while going to collect the order, fortunately quick service and clean restaurant.

At McDonald's, the staff was very friendly and the food was hot. The only downside: an unpleasant man told me I wasn't allowed to charge my car for more than an hour. I tried three other charging stations nearby, but none of them worked. So I had to go back to McDonald's. My battery wasn't charged enough to get home; I wanted to charge it sufficiently so I wouldn't have to search for another station in the dark. I'm a mother, and I had two young children in the car. He knocked several times on my window to tell me to unplug the charger. I was upset and worried. So I went back to McDonald's to wait.

I think this is the first time we've been served so quickly at McDonald's, and therefore eaten hot food!
There were nine of us, the parking lot was full, so we were very pleasantly surprised!

A fantastic stop at this Breton McDonald's. We were a group of 10 who arrived a bit late, just as one of the employees (Nathalie) was finishing her shift. She really got into it and served us our meals in "flight attendant" style 🤣. A great moment. Thanks, Nathalie, for your contagious good humor 😘

What a surprise it was when we opened the door to see such a clean McDonald's!
We even mentioned it to the young woman who was constantly cleaning, as well as to the managers.
Some other McDonald's restaurants should take some cleaning lessons in Ploërmel! The staff was very friendly and smiling. I very rarely eat at McDonald's, being a restaurant owner (the kids wanted Mario games, so we gave in), but I hadn't had such a pleasant experience at a McDonald's in a long time.

I was disappointed with the food service at this McDonald's. I asked to exchange a burger that didn't have bacon, even though it should have. The staff replaced it with something very poorly made (the bun was missing a piece and the cheddar cheese slice wasn't melted at all). I asked for a refund because I didn't want to wait any longer, and the manager (if I'm not mistaken), named Florent, was extremely professional. He clearly explained why the burger was the way it was and was very understanding. This was very pleasant, as it's rarely the case. I thank him again ;)

Why is it that every time you sit down to eat, there's always this cold air hitting you, whether you're in the middle of the room or by the windows? Do you have to eat with your jacket on? It's the same at every McDonald's.
