There are employees who make a difference. Sarah, often in the dining room or always there, makes the experience pleasant. Thank you to her for her kindness and availability.

A slightly noisy restaurant with a children's play area near the dining area, but it's a spacious place where you feel comfortable. It meets the expectations of a McDonald's, with a strong point being the service, which was provided and made very pleasant by Sarah!

These three stars are for our fifteen years of loyalty to the McDonald's in Beauvais and to the various team members we've seen over the years. We were at the drive-thru and asked to pay in two installments for reasons that were entirely our own. The employee processed our payment in one go. Fine! But instead of apologizing for her mistake, she casually replied, "We can't split the cards, have a good evening," and turned her back on us in a completely cavalier manner. This particular person's customer service needs improvement.

Excellent service from Sarah, very good customer service, responsiveness, and friendliness. No waiting in the kitchen and products that lived up to the brand's standards. Very pleasant atmosphere for customers on the terrace. A minor, but usual, drawback: the managerial atmosphere typical of this type of establishment, across all competing brands, is too visible for my taste, which I find unproductive and counterproductive. Overall, there's been an improvement in customer service. An experience to repeat and develop, more interesting on a human level than before in terms of customer relations, with better communication and attention from the dedicated staff, which is all too often lacking in this type of business. A natural effect, felt and not just obligatory and imposed by management or this type of establishment in general. A huge difference; congratulations to the whole team for this noticeable and welcome change.
