McDonald's sur Reims

I came to McDonald's for lunch today. I received a very warm welcome from Flavien, who is very friendly and really attentive to customers. I'll be back.

McDonald's is quite decent in terms of food and has plenty of seating, but it's usually very crowded, especially at lunchtime since it's right in the city center. The three floors plus the crowds can sometimes make moving around a bit difficult.

Not bad. They clean up right away after each customer leaves, so it's clean and the food tastes like a French McDonald's. It's worth eating at least once when you travel to France.

This McDonald's is always slow and crowded, it's a real hassle.

Hello everyone. I came on Saturday at lunchtime with my son. I appreciated the service, the staff, and the manager who clearly care about the customer. Even though it's a city center restaurant with a lot of foot traffic, it's not always easy to be absolutely perfect. The employees stay close to the customers, checking if everything is going well and if they're enjoying their meal, which isn't always the case everywhere. I want to emphasize the kindness the manager showed in helping me, and also to his employee! As for the meal, it was served quickly and hot. The stars are well deserved. Best of luck to everyone. Being in the industry and knowing how difficult this job is, I wish you all continued success and hope this customer-centric approach continues. Thank you.

The burger was cold and hard, the atmosphere was gloomy and sad, and the staff wasn't very friendly.

My first experience at McDonald's, and I was a little skeptical at first. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome and service. Special mention goes to Flavien, whose professionalism, attitude, and dedication to service inspire respect. A positive experience that makes me want to come back, especially if Flavien is there.

The restaurant was fine except for the security guard on December 27th – he was awful, that guy got fired.

The restaurant is dirty and not all the waiters are friendly.
