We were taking pictures during our lunch and a kind and cool looking lady named Amelia came to us and helped us take pictures !! We heavily recommend this Macdonald. Definitely coming back to see Amelia

My family went to this McDonald's and we were very well served by Amelia! She gave my little brothers some stickers and even gave him a little sauce which he loved.
We had a great experience and the food was delicious too, I highly recommend it!
Thanks again to her and we'll be back!

This McDonald's has been completely renovated and is quite pleasant. The staff is excellent, unlike some other chains with their jaded employees. It's a well-known spot in Reims, but I recommend it 😉

I wanted to leave a very kind review for Amelia, a young woman who works at McDonald's. She is truly lovely, always smiling, very polite, and above all, very professional. She greets customers with great kindness and takes the time to make sure everyone is well taken care of. It's such a pleasure to meet such pleasant and dedicated people. 👏❤️
Thank you to her for her kindness and excellent service. Someone like her truly deserves to be commended!

It's a McDonald's.
Cleaner than in most other countries I've visited.
Only went to appease my teenage daughter, myself and my wife ate proper food at a lovely brasserie.
We ordered a mint tea here and were presented with a ginger tea bag by mistake, they apologised humbly but it's still too expensive for a cup of hot water and a tea bag.
Teens like consistency and that's what McDonald's offers, the same sort of experience but, in this case, much cleaner than the usual.
