We visited this McDonald’s in Reims after a late concert, and it was extremely chaotic and busy. The staff seemed overloaded but were clearly trying their best to keep up with the demand, so I can’t really fault them for small things like forgetting the ice in our drinks after we requested it. There was a very long queue to order and to get a table. The food was the usual McDonald’s standard, but unfortunately the toilets were out of order and not available, which was disappointing given how busy the place was.

First visit since the renovations to the new dining room. Warm atmosphere, quick service. There are also more outlets for laptops and phones. It's even more pleasant to eat there when the sun is shining, especially with all the windows.

McDonald's is quite decent in terms of food and has plenty of seating, but it's usually very crowded, especially at lunchtime since it's right in the city center. The three floors plus the crowds can sometimes make moving around a bit difficult.

Not bad. They clean up right away after each customer leaves, so it's clean and the food tastes like a French McDonald's. It's worth eating at least once when you travel to France.

24/07/2026: How could I not leave a review? It's a pleasure to be a regular customer. When I walk into this place, all five senses are awakened. Let's start with hearing: a gentle melody, the music is meticulously chosen, and the angelic voice greets you as soon as you enter with its polite "hello." Then comes sight: the displays are beautifully arranged, just like the staff, who were surely recruited based on their looks. Furthermore, the aroma is intoxicating, a blend of feminine perfume and bagels that harmonize perfectly. Finally, touch and taste come together when the warm, moist, and gooey bagel lands on my tongue—a true culinary orgasm.
