Very fast, very clean, top-notch staff

I went to the drive-thru last night, as there was nothing else available at that time. When I opened my burger at home, I noticed it had been bitten into. I went back to the restaurant to speak to the manager. The explanation was simple and transparent: a customer had sent their burger back, saying it wasn't the right one, and the staff had neglected to check its condition before putting it back on the menu. It ended up in my bag. Mistakes happen. For me, what matters isn't the mistake itself, but how it's handled. The manager was efficient and quick, the situation was acknowledged immediately, and two burgers were made up right away to make amends. Four stars instead of five because it shouldn't have happened. It happened, and that's okay. It's precisely by going through these kinds of situations that a team becomes more vigilant and improves. Hopefully, this will have helped raise awareness among the team.

Disappointed, prices are going up and quantities are decreasing... The Cokes taste like water, and even paying the new sugar tax, you get a sugar-free Coke 🤢 And for the fries with cheddar, they often don't have a fork or napkin when you get takeout... It's really disappointing compared to before...

A regular McDonald's, I'm not a big fan but every time it's a good time.

A quick stop on our holiday journey... it was quite noisy that day, two school buses had arrived at the McDonald's at the same time... but the staff seemed to handle it well, as there wasn't too long a wait for us...

Excellent service. The wait staff is very responsive; they cleared our trays. Our daughter spilled Coke everywhere, and an employee immediately reacted kindly and even offered to replace our drink. The restrooms and tables were very clean. Thank you to this employee! 🙏
