I went to the drive-thru, and they forgot my McDonald's sandwich. I called, and since I wasn't far away, I came back to get it. Once I got home, I realized that a Chinese sauce was missing, and the Oasis drink I ordered had turned into iced tea—too bad for me, I don't like that.

While it's easy to criticize McDonald's, it's important to be honest and acknowledge when, for once, you're pleasantly surprised.
Congratulations to the team on duty this Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, around 8:45 PM.
I've never seen sandwiches so perfectly assembled (photo-ready!), a to-go bag neatly packed without anything falling apart inside, or such fast service (and everything still piping hot!).
If this is thanks to new seasonal employees who aren't jaded yet, kudos to them and keep up the good work! 👍 Finally, service that matches the price...

Pleasantly surprised, the service was good and the food too. Maybe it was off the beaten track, but it's the first time I've eaten so well at McDonald's. It's the best-looking and tastiest burger I've ever had at McDonald's. I ordered fries with cheddar cheese and the portion was perfect.
