McDonald's sur Limoges

During our visit to the drive-thru in early March, we were disappointed to find, once we got home, that the four fries from our four Happy Meals were missing… (a big disappointment for the children). After a brief call to McDonald's, the person on the phone told us we would receive a goodwill gesture on our next visit. We returned today, and unfortunately, the person we spoke to on the phone had left no record of our disappointment. However, thanks to the call recorded on my phone and the receipt, we were able to receive the promised goodwill gesture. And I thank you for that. I went at 2 PM today; the atmosphere was fairly quiet. Be careful with the tables, they weren't always clean, and be aware that the sweeper might be underfoot while we were eating…

Overall, it's a fairly standard McDonald's that meets the chain's usual standards. It's a convenient option when you're very hungry or in a hurry, but it has to be said that the customer experience can be quite inconsistent. While the burgers were decent and met expectations, I was a little disappointed by the fries, which were undercooked and, more importantly, not hot enough. As for the staff, the service is polite and they do their best, but the team seems overwhelmed, leading to a rather long wait during peak hours. It's fine for a quick bite, but nothing particularly exciting.

The service was average, but it was okay. The candy at the counter was great, and the McSmart and Rat menus were good too, so it was cool.
