A quick late-night trip to McDonald's, 20 minutes before closing time.
At the drive-thru, we were greeted by Sarah, who was sweet, patient, and incredibly kind. Despite closing time, she took the time to advise us, always with a smile.
Thank you for doing your job with such wonderful energy and joie de vivre; it's truly refreshing to see someone like you, especially when others don't show such good humor!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and a huge thank you to Mahir for his professionalism! We had two accidents, and Mahir, the assistant manager, helped us immediately. He was available, patient, very helpful, and absolutely lovely!

Dirty table, dirty tray on which our food arrived; and ladies, brace yourselves: one toilet for everyone! A queue to get in! The men's toilet... unidentified liquid on the floor...
Otherwise, the food was the same as at any other McDonald's. Polite service.

It's already junk food (okay, I'll go anyway, I could just not go). They charge for sauces (what "restaurant" charges for sauces?). And now, to top it all off, if you order a sugary drink, it's an extra 0.9 cents "sugar tax." I'm seriously going to end up boycotting places like this. One more thing: on December 4th, there was no heating in the kids' area. Well done, Ronald!
