I went today... we usually complain when things aren't good, but today there's nothing to complain about... the click and collect service was impeccable, the lady who brought it to me was super polite, pleasant, and smiling. I've seen her regularly and she's always excellent, I want to emphasize that. Corinne or Caroline, I'm not sure... but extremely kind, it's a pleasure. All the best to you.

We ordered for two adults and two children. The McDonald's was nearly empty, and the wait was interminable. Then they brought us drinks and one ice cream, and we waited again, for a long time. The children, ages 3 and 6, were getting very impatient. Finally, the meal arrived, lukewarm, with cold fries, and of course, the ice cream had long since melted. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning with my grandchildren.

No unpleasant surprises during our stop at this fast food restaurant during our commute.
The service was quite quick. There was a mistake with a missing drink, but it was corrected when we pointed it out.
On a positive note, a toy from the children's meal was exchanged for another one for our daughter who already had it, which was very kind.
Thank you.

The staff were very competent and agreed to change our order even though we no longer wanted the same menu. Thanks to the drive-thru team, they were fantastic! 🔥
