The staff were very competent and agreed to change our order even though we no longer wanted the same menu. Thanks to the drive-thru team, they were fantastic! 🔥

It was very dirty, not what I'm used to from McDonald's. The floor was sticky and slippery. Flies in the toilet, etc., etc. If it's like that where the customers go, what is it like there where customers aren't allowed to go?

The toilets were filthy... Nutella everywhere in the toilet bowl and the flush wouldn't work... It was like being in a motorway service station toilet... It really puts you off your appetite... It's a shame because the staff are great, polite, and friendly.

Toilets haven’t been cleaned for a long time. Flies inside and in the toilets. Stuff looks friendly and service was ok. Cleaning should be improved.

McDonald's is great, but the parking lot is often full. The wait is average, but sometimes very long. The staff are friendly and smiling. The only downside is that the sundaes often lack caramel.

10/07/2026: Hello, I've already left a very positive review because the team is always excellent, and today I was very surprised, even shocked, by the behavior of a manager this evening towards her colleague. I understand it was a busy time, but the tone used and the very repressive management style are the kind of attitudes that lead to burnout. He served me, and did so very well, with a genuine desire to do a good job. The desire to break up was quite obvious, and in front of everyone. Despite the woman's kindness towards the customers, I can't help but mention this because the young man clearly seemed to be doing what he could, and doing it very well. Thank you for being attentive to him.
22/05/2026: The sandwich was good and generously filled, plus they gave us a broken cookie in addition to ours! Very friendly service. It's a shame they were out of oat and honey bread; they often run out in the evenings. They still had Italian and Parmesan oregano breads, but they gave us great advice on the breads and meats! We had a great meal tonight, thanks to the team! 😁😁
