Honestly, one of the best McDonald's I've been to. Fast service, friendly staff, and above all, always a smile, even when it's busy. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and orders are always respected, which is becoming rare elsewhere. The food is well-prepared, hot, and served quickly. You can tell there's real organization behind it and a genuine concern for customers. Whether you eat in or take away, it's always a good experience. I highly recommend it; it's clearly a McDonald's above average.

That was very kind of you. It's rare to see restaurants care so much about their image and customer satisfaction instead of just offering a simple "sorry."

I always use the drive-through service. It's quick and the order matches the description. A nice bonus is the gentleman at the drive-through who takes orders and handles the payment; he's very friendly.

We went to McDonald's in Caluire to take advantage of the special dog meal with the gift. We went with our one-month-old daughter for our dog's birthday, who turns six tomorrow, but unfortunately couldn't be there. There are three gifts for dogs: a frisbee, a slipper, and a fake ice cream. We wanted to choose the frisbee; the very friendly manager told us it wasn't normally possible but that he would see what he could do. Imagine our disappointment when, "as if by magic," the frisbee wasn't available. We settled for the slipper and haven't given it to our dog yet because it's his birthday tomorrow... Avoid McDonald's if you also want the frisbee; otherwise, go without hesitation and ask the bald manager. P.S.: The fries were cold, so the cheddar didn't melt on them.
