A huge thank you to McDonald's Montivilliers for their excellent service 👏 Despite a slight wait, the team was fantastic, and a special thank you to Ms. Caron, an exceptional manager who is professional and very attentive to her customers. Her gesture of goodwill (two free ice creams 🍦🍦) truly made a difference and demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. It's this kind of attention that makes you want to come back! Well done to the whole team 👍

We regularly come to the McDonald's in Montivilliers and each time we order a box of 20 nuggets in addition to our meals, but there are never 20 in it. Today there were only 15 nuggets. I already pointed this out to an employee, I think it was a manager, telling her that there's never enough. She replied, "We try to be careful, but we pay for 20, not 15." In the Happy Meal, the ice cream was completely open in the bag, so there was no ice cream. It would be good to be even more careful.

Tonight, we went to the McDonald's in Montivilliers. We're regulars; we like this fast food place. But sometimes we're disappointed. And this time, we were. We ordered at the kiosk and only quickly checked our order, trusting the employees. What a surprise we had: water instead of our Oasis. Check before serving your customers…

Unfortunately, as with every McDonald's order from every location, there's always something to complain about. The Happy Meal drink was missing this time. Yet I always check before leaving to make sure everything is there. I went to the counter to get it back politely. However, I hadn't thought to count the number of nuggets. (When I got home 30 minutes later, surprise... 8 instead of 9!) If it has to come to this to receive what I pay for, it's starting to get annoying. Okay, mistakes happen, but no matter the location, there's always a problem. You might say I'm not obligated to order from McDonald's, true, but the McDonald's memory from my childhood is, well, McDonald's, it's a treat from time to time at certain moments in our lives.

A big thank you to the very cheerful teammate who had an athlete who, in the middle of a rush, took the time to bring me my nuggets while I had been waiting for 16 minutes.
