McDonald's sur Chennevieres-Sur-Marne

What can I say... between the very greasy floor (I noticed it but...) and the endless wait... In fact I think there is a double problem: the slowness of the staff AND the lack of staff given the number of customers at the drive-thru, in the dining room and the Uber Eats who come to collect their orders!!! Too bad because the person is very nice and the order was complete and hot!!!

Waiting time way too long. Arrived at 12:05 at the drive-through, left at 12:22 for a Royal Deluxe menu.

In terms of quality and service there has been a good improvement, compared to a few months, each time I visit the room is clean. Plus, their happy meals are €4 compared to other McDonald's in the area. Open until 2:00 a.m. drive-thru and home delivery, a very good point for going out to the evenings or for those evening snacks, the service remains fast at the drive-thru

L'accueil en caisse est vraiment au top ! Elle sait mettre l'ambiance avec touche d'humour qui passe bien et pourtant à des heures où beaucoup de gens sont déjà en train de dormir. Ça fait plaisir, on reviendra compter sur nous ! #LeKangooSodexo

Malgré des petits couacs à l’arrivée, pas de Mac muffin œuf intégré dans la machine ainsi que le jus d’orange, puis le cappuccino. Nous avons eu droit à un très bon service, ils ont tout fait pour y remédier au problème et nous sommes repartis satisfait.
