Restaurant Ecu De France
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
30/08/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience in Chennevières-sur-Marne.
Housed in a historic former coaching inn, the restaurant immediately charms with its idyllic setting, particularly the terrace overlooking the Marne River, which offers a tranquil and tranquil atmosphere.
On the plate, traditional French cuisine is carefully prepared, refined, and beautifully presented. The menu impresses with both the precision of the cooking and the freshness of the ingredients.
The highlight is undoubtedly the wine list: impressive, featuring a wealth of prestigious estates and magnificent, well-chosen vintage wines.
Prices are on the higher end for the area, but the riverside location, the elegant setting, and the quality of the wine cellar more than justify the experience for a delightful lunch or an exceptional dinner. Highly recommended.
23/08/2026: A very pleasant experience.
The starters (vitello tonnato and foie gras confit), as well as the catch of the day and risotto, were exquisitely prepared and presented.
The service was impeccable, including from the apprentices – and the owners are very attentive.
Reserve a table on the terrace overlooking the Marne if the weather is nice; it adds to the charm of this former 16th-century coaching inn.
We will be back.

Pizza Mario
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
20/08/2026: Delicious, I highly recommend it. Real, generous pizzas, a proper crust with puffed and airy edges, and good quality ingredients.
16/08/2026: I went with my family on August 15th. The pizzas are truly excellent, but unfortunately, the service was disastrous.
We received a very poor welcome from the waitress. We were the first customers of the noon service, yet she took almost 30 minutes to take our order. No smile, no friendliness, just a carafe of lukewarm water… Unlike the other tables, we didn't receive any olives either. It's a small detail, admittedly, but when all the other tables get them, you inevitably start to wonder.
When it came time to pay, she curtly told us, "You pay over there." A truly unpleasant attitude from beginning to end.
It's a real shame, because the pizzas are excellent and the other waiter was very pleasant. But a good meal isn't enough to make up for such a deplorable welcome. If you don't like your job, change jobs, but don't take your bad mood out on the customers. And above all, respect must be the same for everyone. I won't be back.

Sushi wasabi
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
17/08/2026: First time eating at this restaurant. Very happy, fast service, good food. I recommend it.
06/06/2026: Fast delivery, excellent salmon roll tuna avocado, a shame about the miso soup which was just water (no tofu, mushrooms etc.), average fried ravioli.

McDonald's
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
29/09/2026: Order placed at the kiosk at 6:14 PM, payment taken at 6:31 PM, and finally at 6:57 PM, the order arrived after an unusually long wait. Unfortunately, three ice creams were missing, extending the wait until 7:04 PM... Back home, all the sauces (included and paid for) were missing. For a Big Mac with only one patty, maybe I should have ordered a new Big Mac? Strange, I didn't see the ad! ...Three Coca-Colas, one of which was sugar-free, were served, along with three regular Cokes... A disastrous Saturday night meal...
19/09/2026: I am very disappointed with my Uber Eats order placed today, Saturday, September 19th. I had the unpleasant surprise of finding a hair in the middle of my large fries. This is an unacceptable lack of hygiene for a business like yours. Please ensure you adhere to basic health and safety standards and monitor your food preparation.

Le Dragon du Soleil
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
22/09/2026: 20 bucks worth of edible plastic
12/09/2026: The dish was incredibly salty and inedible, very oily with a rancid taste; the oil must have been used a lot without being changed. We threw everything in the bin without eating it. Expensive for what it was.

Le buron
Chennevieres-Sur-Marne
