I come every week, but it's still the worst McDonald's I know. I love it, the burgers are always fresh, they're just made, and the kids' area is great. However, the wait is incredibly long, the staff is nonchalant and not very polite, and they don't seem to be in any hurry despite the queue at the counter.

14/07/2026: Fantastic experience at the Starbucks in Lyon Confluence! The staff are absolutely lovely, welcoming, and very efficient. My order was prepared quickly, despite the crowds. And a huge plus in this heat: the air conditioning! A real treat. I'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team! ❤️
