Like everyone else, I've had a few minor issues with McDonald's before, but tonight the manager handled the problem caused by the kitchen brilliantly and efficiently. She even offered a very kind gesture of goodwill. Thanks for handling it 🤝🏼 no hard feelings

I just wanted to share my opinion about crew member 17 62 99 who takes orders and handles payments at the drive-thru on Tuesday afternoon. She has a contagious and very friendly smile. I just wanted to mention it; it's a pleasure to come to McDonald's and be greeted with such a lovely smile.
