Hot meal was fine, but they almost always lacked sauces + online order confirmed but you wait 30 minutes because they "forgot to bring it to you"

For months I've been coming to the checkout and the staff have been friendly and attentive. Today, however, I was struck by the lack of coordination between the different managers regarding discounts (work). For months I've received different discounts, but at least there was one. Today, though, there was nothing at all due to a lack of communication. The meals are decent; the only problem is the managers' instructions.

Hello, I'm writing to share my experience at this McDonald's. Upon arrival, we heard shouting at the understaffed employees, one of whom was clearly ill. What a surprise! The manager had the nerve to berate her employees in front of customers without any tact, not to mention her repeated snorting. The service provided by the employees was impeccable, and their friendliness, despite the disastrous management atmosphere, was truly attentive. Good luck to all the student jobs this summer! (You'll need it!)
