Error with the Uber order (it happens)... limited support on the platform.
Luckily, at the restaurant in Soyaux: excellent manager, fast and efficient team. A mistake that ended very well, I recommend it!

I go there from time to time (I live an hour away), and it's always a pleasant experience.
The restaurant is clean, and they're quite fast and friendly!
This time I'm taking the time to leave a review because yesterday, at ten minutes to midnight, I went through the drive-thru (which closes at midnight). I thought they'd rush me given the time, but I encountered a lovely, incredibly polite, and funny guy!
I was already happy with this McDonald's, but with this guy, you score even more points.
A fast-food team that understands the meaning of "customer service."

I went there on a weekday at 1 p.m. with six colleagues, and frankly, everything was quick. The table service was quite fast, and the employee who brought our orders was professional. A good experience that made us forget the hassles of the drive-thru, which can be complicated at times.
