*** EDIT after reviewing the reviews *** Apparently, quite a few customers were dissatisfied or not at all. The restaurant's management needs a serious overhaul, I think, because it's clearly deteriorated over time. Full and complete review ASAP...

The staff were very helpful, a good and attentive team. However, the place was dirty (because customers didn't clear their tables and left their rubbish everywhere). The food was fine; I've never had a problem eating there.

Great progress for this McDonald's where we regularly get takeout. A few months ago, there were consistently mistakes (personalization errors, forgotten items). For some time now: no mistakes at all 👍

I'm not particularly fond of McDonald's or other fast-food chains like Quick and KFC, but since I had a stubborn snack while driving, I took a drive-thru, and honestly... what a surprise! So much has changed in 20 years... Everything was perfect, pleasant, and delicious. I highly recommend the McDonald's in Bourg-lès-Valence (26500), near the Leclerc hypermarket.
