I was served a hamburger without the meat 🤣🤣, a first! The poor guy in the kitchen must have been overwhelmed; it was packed.
The fries were cold too, and the soda was flat and had no ice.
Anyway, I'll chalk it up to the crowds, the rush, and the heat. The waitress, seeing the empty hamburger, immediately replaced it and the fries too. Poor staff during these busy times, especially with the heat. Not easy. This message is for the manager. 😪 I felt bad for the young employees, in the middle of the rush and dealing with customer complaints. Best of luck to the staff.
For some time now... nothing's been right!
The staff don't know the menus, we ask for sauces or we buy them, either they don't have them or they're the wrong ones... lots of mistakes with the orders every time.
