I came on Saturday at 7 pm. The worst McDonald's in France, I think that's meant for yours. Aside from the cleanliness, which leaves much to be desired (which I understand is to be expected in a fast-food restaurant), the staff (more specifically, the manager) shouldn't be working in any business! I came with my family and ordered three salads, but only two arrived (without bread or sauce), so I had to go back and forth twice to ask for them. Then the Coke cup was so full it was impossible to hold it and therefore drink from it. I had to go back again to get it replaced. Next, there were no napkins on the tray, so another trip! And to top it all off, I ordered a small goat cheese wrap and was given a chicken. So I got up yet again to exchange it, making it clear that I'd already come back five times for mistakes, and they brought me another cold chicken! Annoyance quickly escalated, and we requested a refund for the infamous wrap. The manager displayed a strong temper, clearly dissatisfied, but the customer keeps coming, and with these numerous mistakes, I think that as a manager, the least you could do is apologize to the paying customer! Not to mention that the McDonald's wasn't full, so I wonder where the concentration was?! Surely it was in the sandwiches, because it wasn't with your staff. This meal was a huge disappointment, and I sincerely think this team needs to be reviewed. When you're laughing with your colleagues, it means you're concentrating and getting the job done. The customer still pays, and when you come as a family, you still pay a certain amount. Even if it's fast food, the minimum should be done, and putting yourself in the customer's shoes when there are so many mistakes wouldn't hurt your team (especially the manager).
