I came for my birthday with my family. It was good, I really enjoyed the food as usual, but there's an employee who constantly shouts, speaks very rudely, and puts people down. It's not pleasant.

We've been customers for 5 years now and it's a complete disaster. Twice in two months, two orders were missing items, among other things... Tonight, we're missing a meal deal: two McDonald's sandwiches, a box of nuggets, and the second meal deal includes the wrong burger. I called, and they told me to come back to reorder (thanks, Gasoline, lol). They didn't offer any compensation, so I took it upon myself to complain, and as usual, "Okay, what are you going to add?" (Besides ripping us off like ducks, refunding something). On top of that, we get yelled at by the manager, practically crying, saying things like, "Go see my boss, I have to do what I can, I only have young people," etc., etc. STOP! STOP! BE PROFESSIONAL!

15/12/2025: I've only known this restaurant for a short time and I go there often for their pizzas, which are truly excellent. This time, I tried the pasta dishes and the salmon and burrata salad: a real treat! Beautifully presented, served in a bread bowl which was delicious. The portions are generous and the quality is definitely there. On top of that, the two owners are very kind. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. I recommend it 100%! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
19/11/2025: Absolutely nothing to complain about! The calzone I ordered was wonderful, the service was very pleasant, and it ended our stay and our return to the Jura on a very high note! All the best to you, O TREVI!!!
