The good: Speed: Order received fairly quickly at the counter, the self-service kiosks work well. The fries: Served piping hot and crispy this time. The staff: The team was quite pleasant despite the lunchtime rush. The bad: The temperature: The burgers (especially the Big Mac) were barely lukewarm, the cheese wasn't even melted. Cleanliness: Several tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned in the dining area, which is a shame. The oversights: As usual, the sauces ordered at the kiosk were missing again. Remember to check your bag at the drive-thru or takeaway! In short, it's convenient for a quick meal, but the quality remains very inconsistent from one visit to the next.

Hot fries 😁 Great burger, very friendly staff. The wait was just a little long, and an extremely disturbing high-pitched noise repeatedly replaced the music for several long seconds.

While at the McDonald's cafeteria in Les Halles, I ordered two hot drinks and had a very pleasant experience. The server was very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Everything was clearly explained, from ordering to payment. Even for quick service, she took the time to be attentive and pleasant, which really made a difference. Thank you so much for the warm welcome; I highly recommend it! Sincerely

Honestly, incredibly slow, I've never seen anything like it. The staff seem to be doing a lot, but when the queues don't move after you go through the kiosks, there's clearly a problem. 30 minutes to get my order.

Affordable price and reasonable for fast food and more specifically burgers. Best choice would be the double meat burgers, one thing to keep in mind is that the portion is not big so better tomorder more than one for persons who usually eat more than average.

08/06/2026: We came as a party of three for a meal at 10:40 PM: three veal Milanese cutlets, a bottle of Côtes de Bordeaux, and two desserts. Frankly, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. But what I want to emphasize is the service. We encountered a head waiter named César, and if I had to give him a score out of 10, it would be a 12. His welcome, service, order taking, and overall table management were all excellent. Frankly, I've rarely seen such a good head waiter. I've been in the restaurant industry myself for 40 years, and it was a pleasure to be served by him. I think it's important to highlight this. 👍
10/05/2026: Great cozy place for serving some breakfast. I had the English breakfast and I was very pleased. The waiter is a man city fan.. Seems everybody is.. In Paris.

19/05/2026: We are from Sweden and wanted a quick meal when we arrived in Paris: a manager helped make sure everyone's orders went smoothly and well. The food was good for a McDonald's and served quickly. Also reasonably priced as there was a good mela deal for 5€ which we highly recommend.
17/05/2026: The team is always very kind and helpful. Quick service despite the Saturday night crowd!
