After an issue with our order, which was mixed up with another customer's order, we were greeted by the manager who handled the situation perfectly and satisfied our needs (even though it's a fast-food restaurant). Thank you to her for her professionalism.

I ordered through the drive-thru: the person taking the order was fine, no complaints there. However, the food was a different story: they must be cutting corners. A McFlurry with four pieces of KitKat that looked like they were fighting for space. A Big Mac with practically no sauce, so it was very dry.

I placed my order for click and collect, I live 5 minutes from the restaurant, and yet it arrived cold. 😤 And don't even get me started on the fries.
