They often forget things, whether it's fries, burgers, or even sauces (the latter is a regular occurrence). The wait is often quite long, regardless of the time of day (even at 4 PM at the drive-thru with only two cars!). On the other hand, the staff are friendly and smiling!

This McDonald's restaurant is very hit and miss. There's a lack of consistency in the quality of service. Sometimes everything is great: good food, friendly and fast service, and a clean restaurant. Other times, items are forgotten, and you have to go back to the counter to ask for what you were promised. There are plenty of broken charging stations. I say that because I go there very regularly, and it's very, very variable.
