After many visits to this restaurant, the service is always quite fast. A few points for improvement: they regularly run out of either sauces or paper napkins. Regarding the prices, they seem less and less justified to me.

10/05/2026: We were very used to José's cooking and good humor when we lived in Caudebec. We moved to the south of France 10 years ago, and every time we were in town, we'd come back for ribs and chicken with fries and gravy. We returned to Normandy a few weeks ago and learned that José had sold the place. We still bought ribs and everything, as usual… But nothing tasted the same anymore. Not even the gravy or the fries. We were so disappointed. And missing that atmosphere felt strange as soon as we arrived at the restaurant. I'm not saying all this as criticism, but rather as an observation. In any case, I hope this new team stays and manages to improve. All the best to everyone, José, we miss you!
