Mcdonald's sur Peronne

The fries were quick but had a strange taste. The hamburger was very good. Eat outside because inside it smelled like sewage from the toilets. The outdoor flooring needs to be redone.

We've been to this McDonald's several times. We have no complaints about the food quality or the service time, however, there are very frequent mistakes with our orders. For example, when ordering a Big Tasty with two patties, we once only received one patty. Furthermore, when we customize our burgers, our requests aren't always registered, forcing us to go back and forth to point out the error and get the correct order. It's a real shame, as it spoils the experience despite the otherwise fast service. Better order verification is needed.

Today was the day I finally tried this McDonald's. Upon arrival, I was a little worried about finding a seat, as the restaurant is rather small. However, the service was very fast, less than 5 minutes, although in the kitchen, speed shouldn't be confused with rushing. It was difficult to eat the Leaning Tower of Pisa (triple cheeseburger). Overall, a good experience at this restaurant, except for… the manager who belittled his team members in front of customers. That, on the other hand, is really unacceptable! Knowing that the lunch rush was over, and then hearing him complain about sick leave in the background, his management style definitely warrants some serious self-reflection. Luckily, the staff were much friendlier, which allowed me to have a good time despite this unpleasant experience.

One of the best in the industry. Nothing to say except thank you to the whole team.

I went to the McDonald's in Peronne this evening. The person took my order and at the end told me they weren't accepting contactless payments today. Since I didn't have my credit card with me, I had to go home. If managers had a modicum of common sense, they would indicate this at the drive-thru entrance. It would save us from having to wait in line for nothing because no order was taken. In any case, the drive-thru employee was very kind.

Perfect! Top-notch staff! Very little wait after ordering, burger piping hot and beautifully presented! A truly attentive team of employees! The restaurant was clean; we'll definitely be back to this McDonald's.

The employees are great, however at McDonald's you're supposed to eat comfortably in the warmth, but there everyone was wearing their coats, even the children, there was no heating and when I went to see the employees to tell them they were cold themselves, poor things (the manager apparently turned off the heating). There should be a labor inspection because it's not normal that on November 9th at the McDonald's fast food restaurant everyone was freezing and eating cold food, it's a disgrace!

Fast service, the person serving the trays was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean and the staff were responsive in case of problems. I recommend this McDonald's!
