McDonald's sur Chelles

I've lived in Chelles for 22 years, and I regularly get a box of nuggets to share. I've never really been disappointed with the quality; it's always the same. I can't speak for the other products, but for the nuggets and fries, the quality is generally the same in the long run, which is perfectly acceptable for a fast-food restaurant.

For the past few months, the wait times to eat in have been at least 30 minutes; I no longer call that fast food. There haven't been any toys in the Happy Meal for two weeks.

You managed to bring the price of a Big Mac meal down to €7.50, where you can choose from four sandwiches, knowing that five years ago the average Big Mac meal cost €7.50. You did all this to replace the €5 meal, which you could have kept, with the €7.50 price tag. You made the worst marketing and business move ever.

It's a shame there aren't as many menu options anymore, but the staff are very pleasant.

The drive-through isn't very fast.

Thank you to the staff, all of you equally pleasant. Extremely friendly and professional. That's becoming rare, especially at McDonald's. Well done for your human touch.

Very clean, nothing to complain about.

Citizen Audit: A Family Experience Approved in Chelles! Passing by for a family lunch, I took the time to analyze the various services offered by this establishment. Here is my audit feedback: Atmosphere: The restaurant is modern, spacious, and above all, very well maintained. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, ideal for a relaxing break in the heart of the shopping district. Quality: The food served was hot and met the expected standards. Special mention goes to the carefully prepared burgers and the fresh salads. Price: The value for money remains unbeatable for a complete and quick meal. The self-service kiosks make it easy to see the offers and manage your budget without any surprises. Children's Play Area: A huge plus! The play area is safe, clean, and allows younger children to let off steam freely while their parents finish their coffee. It's a real relief for families. Conclusion: A reliable, clean, and welcoming establishment that I highly recommend for a successful outing. #McDonaldsChelles #CitizenAudit #FamilyOuting #FastFoodQuality #CustomerReviews #Chelles77 #HappyMeal #LunchBreak #FastFood
