Went to the drive-thru tonight. Best service ever at McDonald's thanks to Agnès.

This is the best Macdonald I’ve ever been to, the place is spotless (very clean), the AC is working and in this heatwave it’s super nice, and the employees are chile.

Constant oversights in orders, staff generally unwilling to provide good customer service...

Very good restaurant. The food was excellent, no complaints. 🥹 The staff was quite pleasant: they refilled my water, and you could tell they wanted me to have a good experience. The restaurant and its restrooms (accessible for people with reduced mobility) were spotless! ✨ Some renovations had even been done; a few broken tiles had been repaired. 🔧 But I was really impressed by the manager: When I went to the restroom, I noticed a faucet that was loose; its metal frame was falling off. When I came out, I told the manager, who explained that this was the oldest McDonald's in France (I think, at least it was one of the first...). He said he would do his best to get it fixed, but I wasn't too sure. I came back two or three weeks later, and it was fixed! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 You might say that's normal, but I think it proves that the manager listens to his customers and takes care of his restaurant... 😌 I recommend it. 💚 PS: After getting your takeout, you can eat on benches overlooking the Oise River as it flows into the Seine. 🦦
