Disappointed by someone who was cooking fries, maybe a manager. Since there was no mayo or ketchup, I got up and went to the first person in front of me. They gave me mayonnaise but no ketchup. I said, "I'll take some ketchup," and this person told me, "This isn't a self-service area." She really annoyed me. I told her I wouldn't come back. Personally, she doesn't care!
Thanks, McDonald's.

Grand opening tonight, October 2nd, of the McDonald's in the "new" St. Parres. The welcome and service were excellent.
The children's play area was great, spacious, and very accessible for little ones.
The seating in the play area was very comfortable. A complimentary Matcha sundae was a nice surprise. We'll be back for the kids!
Unfortunately, the parking lot wasn't cleaned properly by the contractors, and a screw ended up in my tire = flat tire!

Excellent restaurant, the best in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming; it's refreshing to hear them laughing together, showing a strong team spirit. In any case, best of luck, as some customers lack the compassion to empathize with what sometimes seems like such a difficult job... I will definitely be back!

Served cold.
Frankly, not very clean. And the children's play area is too isolated from parents and closed off by a door.

The food was good and the staff pleasant, but the wait was sometimes very long.

First time I've eaten at a McDonald's without flies; personally, I thought it was clean. It probably depends on where you sit, though.
Good food; the two double cheeseburgers I had were tasty and piping hot.
Not too crowded (at the time we went).
Honestly, great.
However, the children's play area is very dirty.
