05/04/2024: AFTER HAVING REACTED AND HAD AN OFFER DIRECTLY TO MY ADDRESS I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU THE 5 STARS BECAUSE YOU ARE VERY RESPONSIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS Thank you....(Good evening Mr. Owner of the burger king of St Parres here is an order made in click and collect at 8:47 p.m. since 8:55 p.m. I have been in the 2 parking spaces waiting for my order with the car, the registration plate and the color as usual, but at 8:30 p.m. I decided to return with a 35 minute wait in the parking lot seeing that on the application the order was to collect your 3 staff 2 boys a girl chatting on Sunday March 24, 2024 at 8:30 p.m. while my order is supposedly ready but they make me come and say sorry we haven't seen you while I am there before the order make sure that your 3 staff face each other well put up the straps I preferred to say nothing but the customer is king and I could have had a free menu or even not pay for this order.. cordially hoping that your 3 staff are not interns because their internship should end..

05/04/2024: *quick reaction from management, thank you for the offer *I order by click and collect from the parking lot. I'm waiting for more than twenty minimum (order that will never arrive) I had to go inside, three people at the cash register who were talking to each other, I asked them for my order which was obviously close . And tells me that they surely must not have seen me while I've been waiting for 30 minutes in the click and collect parking lot. The only thing they have to say to me is I'm sorry. The service is clearly worth REVIEWING
