The food quality was good. The restaurant is generally clean, with a few trays lying around, but nothing serious. Regarding the service, it was indeed fast, but the server was rather indifferent in my opinion (you have to make your customers want to come back, and in my opinion, tone of voice, a smile, and a good appetite help a lot). That doesn't stop me from giving it 5 stars, because these things happen. Best of luck to the McDonald's Rouen (Gros Horloge) team!
