I rarely order from McDonald's, but I found myself there tonight in the middle of a rush. The kitchen, service, and delivery team were really at their peak, which was a shame: the manager kept yelling and complaining. Sure, he had reason to be stressed given the workload, but the people who work there didn't deserve this, nor did the customers deserve to witness these scenes. Bravo to the team, the pace was really intense tonight.
