There are a lot of oversights with drive-thru orders, but it's definitely improved recently. On the downside, sometimes the sandwiches and fries are ready so far in advance that they become inedible. Just a little something extra from me: when are we going to have a contest for the most visually disgusting hamburger? Today, my double cheeseburger could have easily won. Seriously.

No complaints about the food, but they forgot fries and napkins on our order! And we'd ordered a dessert "later," but when we went to the till to get it, we had to go back again to get it! The wrapper had been put aside!!! Okay, they're young people working for the summer, but the manager who was there was starting to get really annoyed... but it was very good, so that makes up for the rest 😉

I went to the drive-through on August 11th and was greeted with a smile by a gentleman who gave us helpful advice on the products. I was served by a young woman to whom I wish all the best! Because in addition to having a difficult job, she was assaulted by two disrespectful young men who were banging on the windows with crutches. They threw water and a roll of toilet paper at her. This demonstrates their irresponsibility, as well as the company's lack of responsibility regarding employee safety. Cameras are in place and should be used for employee protection. But thank you to the team for your welcome!

03/07/2026: Following a work meeting in Autun, we went to lunch at this establishment. The service was quick, the food very good, and the atmosphere pleasant.
26/06/2026: A very nice place, the ribeye steak was honestly excellent, but the food was just okay. The owner and the chef had a very loud and even unpleasant argument; I find it unprofessional.

31/08/2026: If you're bothering anyone, you should say so... Empty pepper shaker... one salt/pepper shaker for the entire terrace... no smile... forgotten order... coldness from the manager.... NOT AT ALL like my visit last year when the humor, energy, and liveliness were truly delightful.... What's going on? I've been twice this year, and both times the service was mediocre, accompanied by this coldness... The food was identical and met expectations, as did the price... Spoiled by these details, which are important when you go to places like this... What a shame....
