McDonald's sur Autun

Today I went to the drive-thru, paid contactless, and the woman told me it hadn't gone through (asking me what my order was). So I paid again, this time inserting my card. When I got to the other window to pick up my order, they gave me a different order. I told them there had been a mistake, and they gave me my correct order. But when I checked my account, I realized I had paid for two orders (I assume one for the person after me and one for myself). The woman must have noticed because she printed out the receipts before making me pay again. I'm requesting a refund for the €15.95 order that wasn't mine and that I didn't receive! Problem solved! I was contacted today (the next day) by phone following the report I submitted on their website, and the issue has been resolved. They found the error and refunded the overpayment. Thank you for your responsiveness and the very quick resolution. As they say, to err is human, and it's even better when it's corrected. Thank you!
