The service was quite fast and the team leader was very friendly and helpful. However, there was litter on the floor, no one was cleaning, the tables were dirty, the bins were overflowing, we didn't even know where to put our tray or how to empty it. With the staff chatting behind the counter, I think someone could have gone and cleaned up... It's just a shame because the service was great and the food was good and hot.

Again, my click & collect order was incomplete. This time, a drink was missing. Unfortunately, I only noticed it once I got home. This is a recurring problem. Management is addressing it, as I've already received compensation, but it's unacceptable that these order omissions happen so often (one out of four times in my case: a drink, hazelnuts in the sundae, a small fry, etc.).

My husband and I came on Friday evening, for once without the kids who were celebrating Halloween. Anyway, there were no lights outside the McDonald's! Is it to save electricity or what? There wasn't even a light in the parking lot! We had a good time, that's not the point, but do something about the lighting; it looks like you're closed. Also, the toilets are awful. When no one's around, there's plenty of time for them to be cleaned. Toilet paper on the floor, it smells like urine... Being in the restaurant industry, I especially care about toilets and cleanliness; it's super important. Regards.

10/12/2025: Responsive and friendly staff, thank you to them.
25/11/2025: We spent a week at this hotel and highly recommend it for its peaceful location and easy parking (large free car park). The hotel is very well situated for visiting the region (from Vannes to Concarneau). A special mention goes to the friendly staff and the restaurant, where the chef adds a touch of originality to his dishes every day. The breakfast is plentiful and always well-stocked. The modern room is well-equipped and clean. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we will definitely return! See you soon!

22/12/2024: We had lunch in the little nook under the stairs with my little dog (the best spot!) 👍👍 It's such a shame it's been sold 😡 because the owner is a perfect reflection of his establishment, and the owner in the kitchen is simply a culinary whiz! Even the dog got some pâté as an appetizer—it was just fantastic! Hopefully, the new owners will keep this old-fashioned bistro concept, which is all too rare these days. Congratulations again, thank you, and best of luck!
