McDonald's sur La Riviere-Saint-Sauveur

During our visit on Wednesday, August 26th, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service at this McDonald's! The restaurant was clean, the service was quick and flawless, but above all, the team was friendly, welcoming, and truly professional, just like Sabrina and Valentin. 👏 Thank you to the whole team for this impeccable service! We will gladly return! 😊

Big improvement when you order through the drive-thru, nothing is missing.

I don't quite understand the comments. While on holiday, despite the crowds, we were served quickly with decent portions of fries and smiling staff.

Opinions seem to be very divided about this McDonald's. We went as a family of five in mid-August around 2:30 pm. It was still quite busy, yet the staff were friendly, smiling, and very professional. Less than three minutes after we sat down, the server brought our drinks to the patio, and three minutes later, our meals. Perfect timing. The meals were as described, the burgers were well-made, and the fries were just the right size. One small drawback: not enough staff to empty the trash and try to keep the place clean, even though the main reason is the lack of consideration shown by most customers. However, when we asked for our table to be washed, it was done immediately. Thanks again to the staff who were there on Sunday, August 16th, during the lunch service.

It's a McDonald's, what can I say? The plastic containers for the burgers and the reusable cups are a new experience for first-time visitors to France. The restrooms are a disaster, as is the case in almost every McDonald's.

The restaurant was more than adequate; the hygiene wasn't as disastrous as previously reported. A clean baby changing table was available in the restrooms. For a Friday during the holidays, we didn't have to wait very long for our order.

Served quickly. However, hygiene needs improvement and tidying up isn't easy with so many tourists, or is it due to staff shortages?
