We received a superb welcome from Melek (I hope I haven't misspelled her name): she was smiling, welcoming, and extremely professional.
The visit is worth it just for Melek.

As a trainer myself at another McDonald's, I find this one very good. The staff is friendly, the fries are generous, and the McDonald's is quiet.

Finally, a place where you can get a hot meal! That's not the case everywhere, especially at the McDonald's in Échirolles, Comboire area, where it's a disaster (cold sandwiches, cleanliness leaves much to be desired). Despite reporting it, there's been no response. Customers are treated so well there!!!! And to Fontaine, please don't change a thing!

I went to get McDonald's takeout for my family. I was served by what I believe was the manager, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. We chatted just before I left; he was very pleasant to me. So, five stars for him. Thanks again.

Exceptional products, prepared with love, sustainably sourced fish, and local, organic, eco-responsible, fair-trade meat. The pinnacle of ethical practices. A must-visit in the region; I knew what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed.
